Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of marketplace operation, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketplace-specific marketing initiatives, including sponsored ads, promotional campaigns, and budget allocation, while ensuring continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle.
• Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies based on comprehensive category, competitor, and customer analysis.
• Optimize product content, positioning, and SEO to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement across European marketplaces.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into new marketplaces in Europe, managing onboarding processes and establishing best practices for sustainable growth.
• Monitor and manage key performance metrics (sales, ROI, advertising efficiency, and profitability), providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
必要な能力
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce/marketing or a similar role
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective, brand-aligned marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with strategic thinking skills
• Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, and widely used marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global environment

Good command of written and spoken English
