Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator for our Germany branch. In this role, you will represent LOGISTEED Europe while working at our customer's office, providing our best service and ensuring seamless operations for our customer. You will support the Global Supply Chain team by managing orders, deliveries, and documentation to maintain smooth workflows and achieve customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For: Experience in sales administration and knowledge of trade regulations. Proficiency in English, German, and Japanese (business level). Strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage orders, deliveries, and shipping schedules, ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Process sales in SAP, invoices, and payment requests promptly and accurately. Prepare documentation, verify customs and supplier records, and monitor timelines. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and transportation damage claims. Conduct regular checks on bookings, payments, order backlogs, and stock reports. Maintain customer records and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Execute responsibilities on-site at the customer's office while representing LOGISTEED and delivering our services to the customer. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and health standards.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Administration.
Knowledge of foreign trade and export control regulations.
Competence in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
