Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time or Part-time (ideally 20 hours per week) Operational Assistant to support our Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery process using ERP systems, ensuring timely and accurate service to our customers. This is an on-site position (remote work is not permitted) and requires strong English communication skills. Knowledge of international trade and logistics is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage order processing and update delivery status from order receipt to fulfillment
• Coordinate delivery schedules, perform inventory checks, and arrange shipments
• Prepare and send delivery notes and invoices
• Assist with export/import documentation and liaise with logistics providers
• Provide administrative support to Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or order processing
• Experience using Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
