What is in for you? The General Manager Japan

- Provides leadership and strategic direction of the subsidiary Japan and ensures flawless execution of awarded business
- Effectively interfaces regularly with all levels at MedSkin solutions, enables team work and collaboration with international colleagues
- Develops and implements regional sales and distribution strategy, aligned to global strategy to generates, grow and maintain sales revenue and profitability in the region
- Grows the revenues through developing individual product solutions and service offering for the customers
- Establishes, develops and maintains enduring relationships with customers and prospects to increase business opportunities

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

- At least five years experiences as a Business Development Manager or Regional Sales Director
- Experience in key account management
- Customer-oriented
- Able to develop, implement and execute strategies
- Deep knowledge of the cosmetic and wound care market
- Enthusiasm and drive, highly motivated, a goal-driven self-starter and able to motivate others

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

Fluent in English and Japanese
